Protective Control Circuit Transformers PZ  Series for Bulgarian Electric Hoists

The protective step-down transformers of the PZ (TZE) series are designed to provide a safe power supply to the control circuits of lifting equipment. They are installed in the control panels of electric hoists, stepping down the mains voltage (380V) to safe extra-low voltage values (42V, 36V, or 24V), which are then supplied to the operator's pendant control station.

Our catalog features original transformers for hoists of any lifting capacity — from light duty to heavy industrial equipment. All models provide reliable galvanic isolation and withstand the high inrush currents of contactor coils.

Model Comparison Table

Model Nominal Power (S), VA Primary Voltage (U1), V Secondary Voltage (U2), V Recommended Application (Approximate)
ПЗ-40 (PZ-40) 40 380 / 400 42 / 36 / 24 Hoists capacity 0.5 – 1.0 t (single-speed)
ПЗ-45 (PZ-45) 45 380 / 400 42 / 36 / 24 Hoists capacity 1.0 – 2.0 t
ПЗ-125 (PZ-125) 125 380 / 400 42 / 36 / 24 Hoists capacity 3.2 – 5.0 t (with micro-drives)
PZ-250 (TZE 1DF 250) 250 380 / 400 42 / 36 / 24 Heavy hoists capacity 5.0 – 10.0 t and above
ПЗ-300 (PZ-300) 300 380 / 400 42 / 36 / 24 Crane systems, multi-motor circuits

* Note: The secondary voltage depends on the specific modification (marking) of the transformer. Before placing an order, we strongly recommend verifying the operating voltage of your equipment's contactor coils.
